John's mini-storage was established in Bartlesville, OK in 1982. Currently we operate 4 buildings and offer 5 different size units for rent. All rentals are on a month to month basis. All storage rentals have a refundable deposit of $25.00 if the conditions are met.

 

Monthly rental fees are* :

5x6 - $30.00

6x10 - $50.00

10x10 - $60.00

10x15 - $70.00

10x20 - $80.00

*prices subject to change

 

We do offer a discount to active duty military and veterans when provided proof of military service.

 

The premises are lighted and secured.

Gates are opened from 8:30 a.m. until dusk.

Renters provided own locks (or may buy at the office).

Manager lives on-site.
